When I was still working, visiting client company's has been one of my job task - and to tell you honestly, it's really not that an easy thing to do. Though of course of I love driving and feeling the road and all, but then sometimes it's hard to explain to my boss the things that has to do with my fuel consumption that should be tallied on my mileage track whatever. If only we have this Mileage reimbursement program that can be offered by a third party company, that focuses on the easy to use interface solution in order to record the daily runs of the car, and with that, proper reimbursement will follow and be supported by the service. And with that solution, bosses like the managers can easily track down the daily runs and consumption of the employee who often goes out and the mileage driving patters too. And with this specially made fleet program for employee, proper allocation on budgets will be presented and declared for the benefit of the company and corresponding employee.
This is something my previous company must have, for them to have a hassle free fleet reimbursement and mileage computation and reimbursement.
