work work work

back when i was still working, i realized that there are really a big difference with the compensation and privilege with the Japanese and American Companies compared to Korean and Taiwanese firms, well as to my experience alright? you see, before i landed a slot with my latest Japanese firm i was able to work for a year at a Korean company where i was only receiving the basic monthly salary without over time payments and other add ups, at first i thought its how the way it is with the processing zone companies but when i was able to chit chat with some College friends who are enlisted with the American and Japanese firms i learned that beside the fact that they are getting more than the basic salary required is that they also get a lot of benefits monetary and even claims. insurance are also included with their listings. i felt so sad and unjust, i had to leave the company immediately before i got swallowed whole you know, thus made me apply for another firm and thankfully i got accepted and after being declared as a regular employee i was able to get the other benefits being given to those who are already in a permanent status. imagine, there are even insurances one can receive if something happen to the employee inside or outside the company. i felt pity to my previous co-worker who got hit by a car when he was on his way home after a non paid over time work, imagine he didn't received any amount from the company since he was already outside the premises. i mean, people deserve just and clearly stated privilege here you know, that is why having insurances and possible claims is something every employee would want to have. But I also dreamed of landing one of those Travel Nursing Jobs that is so in demand now that is why www.50statesstaffing.com is famous for their capabilities to help those who are in the line of medical jobs to find a huge earning works in different places.
