One of my dream is to become a Chef. Really I am one of those frustrated chef and baker, it just so happen that I didn't pursue my desire to enter on those culinary schools in College, I took up Managerial courses with the idea that in the near future after my four year course I can still enroll myself on one of the prestige culinary school like the one that is owned and manage the Gonzales's or by Henny Sison. But we all know that entering a chef school will really slash out a large amount of money, that is why, until now I still haven't gotten myself a course or two on that, in the future I hope. But for now, I'm just satisfying myself with the online teachings and cooking shows, in fact, I'ved learned a lot from those! and below is one sample of my specialty, friends and family members always asks me to cook this for them... Beef Strips with Mushroom in Oyster and butter sauce :)
