Anyways, according to the site of this offerings, I checked about this Reverse Mortgage Information and learned that this is specially made for the senior community, meaning this mortgage offering is customed fit to those who are in their old age and unfortunately wasn't able to bagged a house of their own. With this special loan, our old folks can still apply for their housing loan since they are already receiving their fixed monthly social security income, they can avail the monthly amortization in a super low amount, that is fit to their budget.
